01 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard with one click. There are no lock-in contracts. Tickets already issued for the current month remain valid through their draw.
02 What happens to my tickets if I cancel?
Every ticket you’ve earned stays in the draw it was issued for. Cancelling stops future renewals but never voids past entries.
03 Do free entries roll over?
Tickets accumulate across each active month for as long as you’re a member. They’re tied to specific draws — so once a draw closes, the tickets allocated to it are spent.
04 How are winners drawn?
Winners are drawn by a verifiable RNG seeded on draw close, with a public proof-of-fairness record. We livestream every draw on launch night.
05 Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep the perks you already paid for.
06 Are partner perks tied to my membership?
Yes — partner perks (track-days, gear discounts, event invites) are active as long as your membership is. Some perks are first-come; we email members early.
07 Is my data safe?
Payments run through Stripe — we never store card details. Personal info is encrypted at rest and only used for entries, communications, and prize fulfilment.
